Beautifull, i like your water texture, this bat is perfect

OK Simfox you want honesty here well the base I would defintly give a 100/10, i love that base its freaking cool... but the tower with the variying colors of orange and grey's and greens, Im a tad thrown by it.. I honestly don't like it.. The roof is sweet though and so are the windows.. Im torn in what to give as a fair rate on this one cept that at least one thumb though..

Granted, some maybe thrown off by the colours, but the building itself is still a solid job, and add in those nightlights and that phenomenal base, and you truly get something special here. It makes me remember the splash that you have caused when you first release Moscow Red! There are not too many people daring to make lovely/massive residential towers anymore (Bixel comes to mind)!

this is amazing. simtropolis needs more residential buildings, especially R$ and R$$. my cities are full of the zaidi and leonid buildings; this will gladly give me a break from their ugliness. i especially like the base. 10/10

Wow this is really nice, but I am not as much of a fan of the base as others. It seems a little to small for my taste, I really like the building but I do wish that base was a tad bigger so that it doesn't seem so awkward. Maybe if the pond were had more of a shape and some more to it than it would work. Overall its a really nice bat though, and I am glad to have it.

This is one of the most attractive residential BATs I've ever seen here - great realism and the textures are awesome. Is a taller version a possibility?
