Hi, everybody ! That's my firt upload on the STEX.

Before, please excuse my pathetic English (I'm French) !

 

Information :

Head office of the company DistriVin (fictitious), situated to Lizagnes in the Juidiction de Piscène (one of my cities on Simland).

DistriVin is is a trade company in the wine industry. She takes charge of the purchase, then the marketing via the networks of classic distribution of the local wine production.

This is the firt of a lot serie's based on Wine, Vineyard and Wine Industry for your rural cities.

 

This work is based on the lot of Mattb325 (Mail delivery center BSC), recreate for the occasion. The original version of Mattb325 is available here (You  have to registred).

 

Lot Details :

Landmark with jobs (160 IHT), Size 6x5

You can found the list in the READ-Me file. There is a lot but all my creations used the same one.

Very creative and unique-looking! Egads though that's a lot of dependancies. I would be totally okay with that if this was part of a larger project that included more than just this lot. When those are done however, I really look forward to trying them out! I love the idea of having a big wine-oriented project. I don't think there's anything like that in the game right now.

It looks very attractive and original, but I am just shocked at those dependencies. Not going to rate, but you certainly is admirable!
