For my next BAT upload comes the Eclipse Tower, a 325m mixed use hotel and office tower. The idea came from inspiration on the planned Ocean One tower due for construction in Thailand. The tower is on a 2x6 lot and provides 8600 CO$$$ jobs. Hope you all like my newest project. Please note the Riviera Tower project has been postponed due to rendering issues. Please rate, thanks.
