About This File
Once a Georgian Stately Home on the island of Clearwater, Clearwater House was once surrounded by gardens and the nearby small town of Clearwater. Then, in the early 1800s the Industrial Revolution came, slowly the gardens disappeared and the town took over. By 1830 the whole island was covered. The Houses grand Greenhouse was moved to the new Kalm Park and the fountains and statues were re-erected in various city plazas and parks. The house remains to this day, converted in 1880 by Royal Decree to the Brenntian Palace of Art. Standing as a grand Regency Building within the Victorian Cityscape, you can now enjoy Clearwater House in your city.
The Palace of Art sits on a 7x5 lot and serves as a functional Museum. It is found in the Educational Buildings menu.
