Huzzah for Hi Rise buildings that caught fire! Yes, trust Basingstoke to have one. Churchill Plaza is one of Barclays Bank's main offices (oddly enough, their world HQ is called Churchill Place, those guys sure do love Winston). In 1991 floors 8 to 10 caught fire, leading to a major renovation of the inside.
