the ground under the lot looks wierd but the building is great

nightlights=15/15 structure=15/15 texture=10/10 base/lot =2/5 roof=5/5 If I take into consideration all of the above with the weight of the scoring, this one should get 47/50 = 94%

Wonderfull tower from a very interresting town !!! The day and night pics are awesome !! I believe this tower is not the tallest in Europe, there's an (very) old one in Paris, last time I climb to the last story, I was at 300 m :-))

One of my favorite buildings in Moscow and a wonderfull bat for sure, 10/10, no doubt. Base is pretty ok, but i'm still waiting for the version without the lot... Just i have the bad habbit to change lot's of all buildings myself to better fit them in the surroundings... And yeah, awaiting other parts of the complex too ;)

One heck of a BAT, no doubt, excellent textures and wow, those rooftop details are just stunning. I would have preferred though that the bottompart wasn't batted. Great BAT!

Wow, a lot of criticism and nit picking of an otherwise perfect masterpiece. I know how much work you must have put into this, and it looks absolutely incredible. Well done! I like the base. it's contemporary and cool. If it were used for the grounds of a real building it would be stunning. Fantastic work!

Yeah indeed a lot of controversy among the first 20-30 comments that caused this one not be rated as high as it should. It also prompted me to rethink how I should rate all future bats and not just give out the casual 9/10 or 10/10. Hence in the future, when I see marvelous work getting a 8/10 or 9/10, I won't be in shock as i was at first (this one initially was rated 92% when the controversy started, believe it or not??!!)
