This is my first attempt at recreating an existing building, so I thought I would start with one of my favourite towers. The Marina 101 tower is a future residential and hotel development in Dubai that will stand at 412m and be the second tallest residential tower in the world, when completed in 2010. The BAT is situated on a 5x5 lot and occupies 5500 residents. As this is a residential tower, there will not be a plopable lot included. This has been an ongoing project of mine for 2008, so I hope you all like.
