Bert always enjoyed moving things around, something his mother found increasingly annoying as he grew up for, no sooner had she put something down, than along would come Bert and promptly move it somewhere else. It followed that Bert would find a career that suited his love of moving things, and with a small loan from the central bank he set up his Logistics and Movement company taking over a disused railway freight station and turning it into a thriving business. This 8 x 5 lot will be found in your landmarks menu and provides upto 1000 I-M jobs. The rail track along the rear of the lot has been transit enabled and the lot also acts as a 1000 capacity freight station.
