This is another addition to my Austin Waterfront development project. The tower was completed in November 2007 and serves as the city’s newest 5 star hotel. The tower consists of over 2000 luxury hotel suites as well as two indoor swimming pools and three world class restaurants. The tower stands at 257m on a 5x4 lot and provides 3500 CO$$$ jobs.
