Note: If you downloaded before LBT https://www.simtropolis.com/STEX/index.cfm?id=19120 this file replaces that old one, you can choose to remove the old one or leave it in your plugins folder, theres no problems with it, old folder should be at documents/SimCity 4/Plugins/LBT/Heblem/PackComercial

Another fantastic lot Heblem. Your supercenters, theaters, car dealerships and fast food establishments are great pieces of work. They look awesome in-game and the nite-lights are superb. Outstanding job on this Heblem!
