Basically this was just more practice for me, its loosely based off a coffee chain in my hometown. (I'm not sure if its only located in that town or if its in other places, but that is the only place I've seen it.) In my honest opinion this place has better frappucinos then starbucks by a longshot. Anyway its a CS$ stage 2 2x2 growable only. (also its a corner lot and imho looks best that way)
