And another fine contribution. These buildings remind me of the "tenderloin neighboorhood of downtown San Franciscio. I would always wear my seediest looking clothes when I walked thru this part of town(during my college years.) What would be nice now is a corner building to offset the MP_Subway Apts corner building. Thanks for sharing.

The variation on the ground floor shops are endless. I am sure this could go on and on until we get sick of the 2X2!! Maybe some other variation is looming? =P Before that happens, a 9/10 for now.
