holy crap thats a huge school can you make a highschool version as well?

I thought the large elementary school was big but holy moly I was wrong, big time.

This is a very very nice piece of urban education system. But, it kinda created a bug in my game. I have two of this school in my city. Everything was going well, sims were enjoying the highly supported schools. Suddenly, my monthly expense level hit 2 billion simeleons. In the details, this school took 1,6 billion from my bank. Reducing funds did not solve the problem. lol Thanks to the heavenly money tree, I saved my ass. This school has some nasty teachers and administrators.

this is a great building, but could make this into a normal school and not in the rewards?, cause i only seem to be able to built one in each city tile .
