This is great! we can never have too many of these gritty real life slum buildings. This will go well in my in-need-of-gentrification-areas-but-city-council-too-poor-to-fix-up areas. I can see you've put a lot of work into this one. 10/10

Very nice details and excellent textures (maybe a little overdone though)....but Man, this cannot get dirtier than that. Like -1348- said we could use more of these to build a neighborhood of it. Thanks for including a plop and a good description of the lot. Downloaded and kept.

These are so great man. Your lots are some of the most realistc low Wealth looking buildings. I use all of yours as residental since there are hardly any residental buildings on any exchange that have the shops on the bottom like yours do. Keep them coming man...keep them comiing. 10/10

Also I noticed ur quality of ur ladders have been gettin better which is another quality yo dont see in hardly any bats at all. Very NYC/Chicago ish.
