Is it growable too? Or just plopable?

Well, great effort to retexture it, but unfortunatly not for me. I still don't like the textures, looks too *plastical* and not real at all, especially the bright and shiny roof. It must take a dozen or so sims to keep the roof in this state....

Nice work. I don't agree with some above comments, there are lots of buildings that have this clean shiny look in real cities. I'm going to track this in case you get a growable, since I don't generally plop buildings.

I think I'd want a better screenshot before I download. But from what I can see, I think you need more exciting textures. 7/10 Because the model looks nice but could improve.

Like bison said, its too plastic for me. The Gold at the roof is really what kills it for me. Still, an awesome job 9/10

Oh Yes, someone could have done it better, nycc06 himself, by having chosen a better texture. There are hundreds of textures out there that could represent a better roof. The only thing one has to do is look for them and try.

The Casino has just as clean a roof as this. In addition, the Empire States Building, for example, has a glowing roof. Good job, and great night-lighting!

Needs some serious work on textures and modeling.
