Nice idea, but I prefer the one by maxis, because I prefer the entrance towards the street. I usualy add extra parking lot fillers or place it next to a school parking lot to make the parking bay accessible.

In real life, parking lots are not always at the front. My doctor's office has no parking at the front of the building.

I had noticed this in the past, but shruged it off. I'll be happy to put this fix in my city... I really appreciate people who find problems in the originals and realistically repair and provide them to us. Thanks!

will this affect the existing maxis clinics? because ive heard that if you download a mod that replaces maxis buildings which has already existed in some cities, the game will crash.

I can't see that happening, since doodlea said that they didn't know how to replace the Maxis one. That means you can find both in the menu.
