Would it be possible to add a concrete plaza to make it blend in better with downtown skylines, and possibly remove the parking spaces? Also, a base (aka lobby) would greatly improve this building. There may be a few more suggestions along the way, but this is pretty great work here.

It only includes a single LOT file. Shouldnt it be some more files included if its a BAT?

What is this? Only one file? It will never work if it is a BAT. The lot is worse than bad, but the BAT looks fine.

i can't see these working you said they are BATs in the file description then you said they are lots and then you said Swat-medic made the building - sirry mate but if the building has been made then you need the BAT file

couple suggestions. the black is too dark, we cant see any details. you need to add some sort of base. i would likeb to see the roof, i cant tell whats going on up there, from here it looks good. finally, the building is way to thin for a building of this height. nightlights too. 8/10 youve improved SM/MCN
