This looks fine, but for a 6X6 low rise, the building is not scaled down enough. It is not realistic to have 1500 CO $$ jobs. I know the buildings in the Philippines are tend to be low-rises. I think you need a whole lot more windows and not concrete wall for realism, as this looks like a prison that holds 1500 inmates. Sorry for the harsh comments!

for a first it's pretty good, you got all the basics down, textures, a little roof junk, and proper windows :)

For a first it is good, could have been a lot better with the proper size though. Way too oversized, therefor I will not use it.

Its not oversized. Its the actual model. The real one looks like that. The Batasan building houses almost 200 representatives + staffs so i think its just right for the head counts

Thanks for the comments guys. I appreciate it. About the size of it.. well yeah there might be a little issue about it but I think it is about the same size as the real one. Also, The appearance is at least 80-90% percent the same with the real one. I admit it is not really a very pretty building but it's all nice. :D

good 1st. i bet ull become better. next time, put in more detail (realistic textures, polys, etc) im looking forward to ur next release. hopefully itll be another Ph-inspired bat. btw, nasaan yung mga raliyista? :P

Sorry. I am a dummy in these so I should not make it sounds like I know how to do it. Just I was hoping to see it trimmed down to a 3X3 and with maybe 200-300 jobs will make more sense. I think it is very hard to use in any cities, but keep up with the good work. We sure like more variety!

gt, i think u should post a photo of the real thing. ppl are misinterpreting the building to be oversized, and not realistically big. :S
