I'm not sure how my laptop will respond if I'll gonna use 3ds Max but I'll give it a try. Anyway, I will start with small buildings/houses first. 1-2 floor buildings then later on 3-4.

Some update.. um, the project is on lotting and modding phase. I was hoping that I'll be able to release it last week. However, RL *Real Life* called up and needed attention so I have to give it. I won't set a release date for now but hopefully I'll release it soon. Sorry about that. Now since this project is on lotting and modding phase.. I'm off to batting again for an another project *which will be presented both here and at SC4D* COMMENTS CORNER Davirus: hold your horses bro. 3RD B.A.T. PROJECT UPDATE Part Two of project update A D M I N I S T R A T I O N B U I L D I N G Ok. Here is the Administration building. Since the Beach Hotel building AKA the Main Building will not be included in the first pack, I created this building for purpose of customer service and other administrative purposes. 3RD B.A.T. PROJECT UPDATE Note: Ok this is gonna be a long update. I tried posting some of these updates last week but ST was down. Anyway.. Here it is B E A C H B A R A N D R E S T A U R A N T I updated the texture of the roofing. Darkened it and lowered the saturation of it. 3RD B.A.T. PROJECT UPDATE I updated the roof texture. The former is ok but it was too bright. I just lowered the brightness and contrast of it and also lowered the saturation. The result? Well I really love it. It now looks great. I just to fix more things on it and it is done. Thought I have some quite bad news about it. Now here is nightlight. It looks kinda good but I guess there are still more work to do especially on the outside light. I feel that there are still some areas that are not well lit especially on the side. more work.. more work.. bummer.. Well, the bad news about this building is that I decided not to include it in first release of the tropical beach pack. It will definitely be included on the second which will be released in the future(Sorry no exact date). The Tropical Beach Pack 1 will be released next week. This will includes: - the beach bar/restaurant (the former recreational), - the twin cottages - a wash/shower room - entrance building/structure - administrative building - possibly a swimming pool area - and various beach lots. I will post the initial list of buildings and lots that will/might be included in the Pack 2. COMMENTS CORNER Bixel: Thanks! Truly appreciate it. Simnewbie: As Richard said, madami dyan sa tabi tabi. But if you're looking for the legit one, then sa mga video game stores meron. Filasimo: hahaha. No "pancit" roofing.. as for the roof's brightness, yep I already made necessary changes on it.

3RD BAT PROJECT UPDATE Here are some of the props I'm working on.. I also made some revisions with the roofing of the "Cottage". Replaced it with I think a better roofing and added that red something at the top of those roofing. COMMENTOs CORNER truflip99: Thanks Simfox: your statement got me confused but I get what you're saying. about the shape of the roofing, in my latest revision, I remodelled it and use mesh smooth to smoothen the edges a bit (Well, at least not that sharp or something). I'm a bit concern about the corners. If you guys like it than before then I'll go for it. Regarding the materials, I did already lowered the saturation of it. Though I'm satisfied with the results, I'm still concern if it is still too bright or not.. Thanks for the comment.

3RD BAT PROJECT UPDATE It's been awhile since I update you guys on my project. Anyway, Texturing on the three buildings are 99% percent done. I also batted some props and will be batting one more prop/building. I decided to make the flora into a separate project. I'm thinking of batting some rock formations and other flora. Anyway, I recommend you to use Goldiva's beach props and flora.. Here are the recent project images: COTTAGE NOTE: I tried T Wrecks suggestion of lowering the saturation of the roof texture. I lowered the saturation of the "Mid" Roof Texture and this is the result. It looks pretty good to me. I also added a few junks on it. MAIN NOTE: So here is the Main building. Man, it took me a long time texturing this baby. My PC seems have some difficulties on keeping with this. It is 99% done. The only I have to do is adding textures on the first floor and probably some more tweaking. Overall, it looks great hehe I'll be posting some more pics in a few days. These pics are the props I'm working on.. I'll start adding nightlights (well the main building has already some nightlights) once I finished all the batting and texturing. I'm hoping to start on that this weekend. COMMENTOs CORNER T Wrecks: I followed you suggestion. Well, It looks fine to me. hehe Jacqulina: Thanks. Suplado, Filasimo: ok. ok. I just tweaked the texture of it and came up with this.. I'm still deciding which of three textures I will use.. Though right now, I'm inclined to use the "mid".. What do you think guys?

3RD B.A.T. UPDATE I just finished texturing and adding a small details on the Recreational. As of presstime, I'm into detailing and texturing of Cottage and Main Building. I will post the images of it later.. COMMENTOs CORNER Skyliner22: Thanks.. More PI bats will come.. Jason: Thanks. Yep some areas of it especially on the corner are weird.. I encountered difficulties in making it. I use quad patches for it and actually it is my first time to use it. I think that is the best thing I could do for now. Anyway, it seems the textures somewhat covered that bad area *hehe*. infinitum19: Thanks.. Filasimo: Well, there's your grassy roof hehe.. I honestly like it but I think I could do more about it. hehe

I just finished batting the "Cottage" and "Recreational/Entertainment" buildings.. I will start the detailing and texturing later or this weekend.. Note: I base this model on this picture

Fila: yep.. That is what I'm looking for right now.. But will probably do texturing a littler later. i want to see more comments about it because there might be some problems that I overlook or something.. But anyway, thanks.. davirus: yep! I was not able to mention it in my last post.. I'll also be doing some prop batting and Flora batting that includes a couple varieties or sizes of coconut trees and a bamboo tree. I might use the sc4's stock palm or n747's tall palm.
