nice work with the white texture, fits in but still looks white. modeling is fantastic too, and the nightlights are solid. however, i would like to see a bit more detail on the base and roof. remember, if you make a transparent window texture, you have to model the insides. and the part labeled AC is too plain and cartoony. 8/10 though, a solid upload

The letters (AC) on the tower roof actually stand for Austin Corporation not air conditioning. But thanks for the comment anyway artman94.

Now my downtown is already over-filled with jobs causing my corporations to shrink, but 12,000 C$$$ would just kill everything, lol. Nice building though, 10/10 for design and evreyting else. I would love to download for the sake that I am looking for more finance towers, but it's just too many jobs.

12,000 jobs? A little too much, don't you think? If it were reduced to somewhere in the neighborhood of 5-7000, I would definitely download it. Maybe a V3 will come out with fewer jobs? ... As for the actual structure, I don't care much for the AC at the top, but the rest of it is good. I'll give it a 7/10. When V3 comes out with ~7000 jobs, I'll give it a 9/10.

V3 of this tower is currently in progress, hopefully ready within the next few weeks.
