North Point Tower was built as office space in Northern Treston in an attempt to bring business to the area. Designed by local architect, SimRabbit & Sons. The original renderings included a small shopping center along with a convention center but due to financial problems, these plans weren't possible.

Uses the usual NDEX query. Like every other plugin, you unzip the files into your SimCity 4/Plugins folder. You can choose whether you want to install the ploppable,growable version or Landmark version. You can install both.
