Ooh, looking good. Maybe the texture is little flat, but more colour to downtowns is always good. If you don't have a BAT theard, start one. You will learn more if you need and you get advices what's wrong before uploading.

The modeling looks pretty good, the textures are far too clean. Take a look at the tutorials on texturing in the omnibus, they can help a lot. Good first upload.

Good scale relative to everything else, seems appropriately large, so it succeeds where Maxis buildings fail most of the time. I agree w/everyone about the textures, though.

few things.... the modeling is terrific.great job with that. however, the building is too clean, and the white too bright. the nightlighting is very good though. 9/10

Agreed... model, excellent; textures, leave something to be desired. Too clean & smooth, I hate to use this word but slightly "cartoony." Great start though. I'll look forward to a version 2. ;)
