About This File

"The Frasier Building was built by Frasier & Co. An extraordinary businessman who managed to gather an immense fortune, while sticking to a very small office. The Frasier Building is said to be a blend between a New York brick and steel structure and the Florida art deco."

This is my first released BAT. Thus the textures are a tad too bright however not in an annoying or misplaced kind of way. The DAT file features a ploppable and growable CO$$ with 260 jobs. Plopcost is 15,000. Both are 1x3. It is a slim, tall, Wall2Wall, imaginary building. I hope to create more (and even better ones) in the future.

C&C welcome.
