A special release from the New York City Journal's celebrating the one year anniversary of the New York reaction project on Simtropolis.
The famous and historical City Hall was completed in 1812 and is located in the Civic Center of Lower Manhattan. The building is a ploppable landmark and stands on a 2x3 lot. Enjoy!
