In 1938 William Dillard opened his first store in Nashville, Arkansas. In the 1960's its headquarters was relocated to Little Rock. Today, Dillards has 330 stores in 29 states(primarily in the south). This store is an early 1990's design. 5x4 Cs$ growable, 250 jobs,100 bulldoze, medium or high density commercial zone, growth stage 5. LM5x4_plop, jobs: 200 Cs$, build: 1000.
