SFBT Park Set High Wealth by ArkenbergeJoe  1.0

About This File

Like the SFBT Park Set by Andreas, this download contains a set of park trails with flowers, trees, and some new path textures. The grass is the same as it's used on the in-game high wealth lots, so this set allows your rich sims to take a walk through a lush green park. Apart from the standard orthogonal textures, you can also create diagonal paths, bends and gentle curves for more variety.

First meaningful comment! Thanks Andreas. I love your park set, use it extensively and have been wanting additional pieces for it. This will be very useful and is very much appreciated!

@vab423: Well, this isn't really meant as an add-on to my park set, but another one with different textures that match the high-wealth lots in the game. I'm in the process of extending my own park set as well, and once it's done, it'll feature about 20 different lots of all kinds. :-)

Oh darn. Nonetheless, it's a lovely park set and I anxiously await the extension of *your* park set.

Well done. I have your original release and I always hoped to see a version with lush grass and curves. Thanks for this!

Excellent work Andreas! Those little lots can make a huge custom Central Park for my city. Can you make a version of tropical ones with palms and coconuts etc.? It would be very interesting for tropical downtowns.

@belenus: There's a link to the forest pack in the description and in the readme file. @Voulpiotis: Well, since the SFBT is based in Germany, we produce concentrate on German-looking BATs and lots. But feel free to open the lots with the Lot Editor and change the trees to palms yourself. :-)

I love it! I'll most probably be using it in my new region. Not sure about the grass texture, but i'm using GMT's matching grass mod, so it doesn't matter.

Nicely done Andreas! Are the paths simple overlay textures, or are the "paths" just base textures showing between gaps in reverse overlays?
