Industrial Lot, growable, nightlighting, Simcity4 delux made for the Sim Mars expansion pack. You will need to download Beta3 for best results.

This Lot does not overrun your industrial sectors and does grow. I have done a run to be sure this lot works and that the night lights do work. 

Please enjoy and also again you will not need a single dependency for this lot and it will work with any custom terrain. If you wish to use this in the sim Mars terrain then you will only need the Beta3  Release of Sim Mars
