About This File
The first blueprints for these buildings in the former GDR can be traced back to the Bauhaus style. In the 70's and 80's, an immense demand for residential buildings had to be satisfied somehow. Highrises were the answer to accommodate as many people as possible on a given lot size.
The included building models have different occupant values and appear randomly on the included lots. It does not matter which lots or building models you have installed, so you can select the ones you like best. Since these buildings have been erected with average worker families in mind, they have been implemented in SimCity as R-§ buildings.
This download includes a pre-fab midrise with 11 floors in three different colors and with four different lots, as usual. They can be combined with the other pre-fab dowloads, but work as standalone version, too. Together with the 5, 19 and 21 floor buildings, you can build entire pre-fab quarters with a wide variety of building and lot sizes.
Please make sure to update your installation of the SFBT Essentials as well, since it contains new props and textures that are used on these lots.
