Thank you all for your comments. I've actually had this idea for a while, since the SimCity 3000 lighthouse. I remember Maxis saying that if you don't have a coast, you could pretend its a restaurant. So I finally decided to make a functional one in SC4.

Yep, I like this lot as well. I was hoping it would take more of a slope but it turns out that too much slope makes the parking area too unrealistic looking. So folks, put this one on a relatively level piece of ground without too much slope. Nice looking lot. Thanks Don Miguel
