Good work. The texturing could be improved though, specially the walls that look too bright and bland. The maxis roof really doesn't fit such a great building and the UVW mapping in some parts turned out wrong. Anyway, I like the detail and design, very well modelled. The lot looks nice too but some custom props could have made great complimenting. Thanks for sharing it.
