This is a package of models and props that will be required for some future releases. There are also a few extra bits and pieces to play around with.
You may use these buildings in your lots but if you upload any you must not include the models but point people to this pack.
The 3D models used for the cars, trees and fountains were found at http://www.turbosquid.com
