The important part is done the modding. And it will blow up after about 16 months game time. All of the atributes are attached to the building. if you know how to you can get them out easily or make a new lot. its ok :)

A few stats plop cost 100 Maint 10 per month age rate 0.7 per month but it takes 16 months to blow. Building size modded to be a 40 m cube no landmark or park effects it has default nuke power plant effects bar radiot released on detonation Works at furthest zoom the blowing up part.
