A+ for effort i say, you alll know what it may be a maxis prop and alll but its a beging step to actuley making something from scratch kinda like you know u have to start from somewhere

Nice first! One hint: Many of such lots have been done in 2003, before the BAT came out. To create something new and better, why don't you choose one or two well-known prop/texture packs and use these custom props and textures to design something that wouldn't have been possible back then? Just a suggestion... :)
