1. Return of the help desk?

Ok time for my 2 cents... You CANNOT get help in the Louge over half the time... Although I read a comment by prens on the first page and agree if I personally do not know the answer I won't chime up and say anything but when it is a common sense question ( and I am multi tasking as it is there fore I do not answer ) no one will answer. When I first joined this site I was new to SC4 and yeah I struggled with certain aspects of the game, I would go into the Chat and ask, my question would get lost in the rest of the chat... Other times it would sit there and no one would say a thing... B22rian whispered to me one day and answered most of my questions, all that he could. Then MightyGoose, B22rian, and myself had the idea of the help desk which is how it came about... This is just trying to prove the louge is hard to get help MOST of the time... Now I see what the mods are saying, it was never "Banned" But I do remember a certain mod and I will not use names claimed that it would be easier and less drama if the help desk was not around. The reason? ONE person came in that night when many people were needing help and some of us were helping more then one person, he got upset because we told him we would be with him in just a moment, he went to the lounge and complained to the mods. Elevary, I remember you being in there, and I remember helping you out several times you are a prime example. Now to finish this off.... I realize that it was never banned but the mods saying it would be less hassle if it didn't exist is not true plain and simple.
2. West Virginia

This isn't BASED off of West Virginia I live in the state and chose to use cities from there as names for my region. But Charleston is very dense.

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=tPVXL3pm5ZY Hey guys! Going over the advances in the region and focusing on the growth of the capitol city of Charleston. A major baseball stadium has made its home in Charleston along with two new airports and a disease research center! How exciting! Now just ask your selves, how can these major places be used in a major story line? Stay tuned to find out.

What kind of pollution are you trying to remove? Water, air, traffic, or all of the above? Are we talking about a small, medium, or large city? I don't know if you'd call this a cheat lot or not, but it is small, and the description says it does reduce pollution a lot. I haven't had a chance to try it myself. Or, maybe you could try this one. I also found this one. This one, according to the comments, works as long as you never bulldoze it. If you don't want to take up any room, you could also try an ordinance. The first two I have tried, and docs anti pollution trees I use with highways, and yeah all types of pollution, mostly just to bring in I-HT . The depolluter looks promising, looks like it takes away most pollution from the description and pictures, I will give it a try here in a little while when I load my game up! Thanks!

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=aWlf4AArrIE Welcome to wild and wonderful West Virginia - SimCity 4 style! Before you guys have seen only sneak previews of two Cities in this vast region! Hurricane and Nitro, both of which are real cities, as all towns I name will be named after real life towns located in West Virginia, now weather they will be correctly portrayed is a different story as i am adding my own little twist. So I don't confuse you guys too much I will tell you my plan... I am going to make video's as I develop all the cities until either all the tiles are filled or I think I no longer need any more cities. After we have made all the cities and they are fully developed its going to be story time! I am a writer in my past time and we will be telling a story using screenshots taken once the region is done, maybe I'll even learn some photoshop to spice it up! Now that everyone knows the drift of this I can now say any comments or suggestions are welcome, after all, I'm doing this for the entertainment of others even though this part is boring, once the story gets going it will not be! If I can get enough views on the two CJ threads I have (same thread, two different sites) I may even start the story line on the next update! Until then everyone! 7499275

Looking for a cheat lot basically, one that is hopefully small, and removes all, or at least MOST of pollution in an entire city? Thanks!
7. Persistent autoa mod

9. Persistent autoa mod

So make a new folder titled "zzzPam" and throw the pam .dat file into there? Just making sure I got this right as your post kind of confused me.
10. Persistent autoa mod

Hey guys, need a bit of help, I have PAM (persistent autoa mod) installed which is supposed to keep vehicles from vanishing but it does not, any other mods that I can try that might work? By the way I do have NAM installed if that makes a difference. Thanks in advance!
11. West Virginia

I have several mods installed which are listed in the description of the video, but no the shore is not modded unless meadowshire (terrain mod) changes it. Thanks for the reply!

Hurricane West Virginia! A small metropolis nestled in southern West Virginia, Hurricane is located in Putnam county. In 2010 the population was recorded at 6,284 residents. This DD is not based on the realism for the city of Hurricane other then it is located on the Kanwha river! Spanning the Kanawha River two bridges lead into the city of Hurricane, a four lane avenue and a railroad bridge to carry freight. On one side of the might Kanawha the industrial side of Hurricane is located, with a massive power plant burning raw oil to produce power for the 90,000 residents. Many industries call this place home, as 1,000 people live on the "Dirty" side of the river and work. On the other side of the river a mighty metropolis is growing, with the smaller town of Nitro less then 15 miles away. Nitro is an industry based town with many chemical plants that import into manufactures in Hurricane! Anyway, back to the clean side, a passenger train runs across the river to the "Clean" side and goes right into the heart of downtown with skyscrappers towering above the small rail line. A 6 lane route makes an L which was the basis for the layout of the city, after years of expansion it was decided a 6 lane avenue with a turn lane was needed to continue any further expansion of the city. The 7 lane runs right past Hurricane University! The university was opened only 15 years ago but has already has 10,000 students graduate making it the most popular university in the region! The business district has many sky scrappers that tower over the rest of the surrounding land, with the only thing that comes near their massive height is apartment buildings only mere 15 stories tall. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=0PiZq27kowo Plans for the future of Hurricane! Plans include to start I-1 (interstate one) East bound into nearby Charleston ( Charleston has not been started yet) I-1 will be made using "Real High Way" or RHW which adds much more functionality, style, and realism to a interstate system! Also planning on naming all major routes so I have names other then... "6 Lane route south"

This is my first true B.A.T so I am kinda proud of it but I couldn't have done it with out my team mates of the Simmania bat team, and sveral people from the chat, thank you guys! Anyway I would like to present an official SBT release, this is a water tower that is old so your city plans to destroy it so but while in use it is pretty good. Water output: 30k Pollution: 0 Plop cost: 100 Monthly cost: 150 Power consumed: 20 Life expectancy: 20 The lot includes a fence around the entire perimeter with a small pump house for the water tower it self, due to it being old there is no pump built into it. Anyway to install: Download the file, open the zip and put the folder into your Documents/sc4/plugins folder and it should work. Please report any problems or bugs with this lot thanks (if anyone is interested my bat thread http://simmania.dark...74-s-bat-thread )
