I tried to use very few dependencys, so I mainly use BSC Mega Props MJB Vol01 for everything but the lights. I had a request for more palm trees from someone and so I added palm trees that had lights comming out. (like in the real world where lamps are on the floor) ID

This looks nice. I like my cities to be very 'green' with lots of trees and stuff. This should fit in well. I'll leave rating it untill I try it in game. A question, is this a replacement for the in-game one, or seperate to it? Cheers, and keep up the excellent work.

Hey, I like it! A big improvement on the boring in-game CH. I think the nightlighting is great!

It's alright. I think one of the reasons for the lack of downloads is because it is the standard city hall on a new lot. The lot is great and it is good work, but for many people, it takes more than just a great lot to make them want to download. I would suggest learning to bat and trying to make a custom BAT for this lot. Lastly, try using spell-check.

I like it -- I'll use it in my cities as a default city hall. I too like lots of greenery and I like the parking lot in front, which makes it look more realistic.
