Anyone try it with Winrar? It can also extract .zip files. I use winrar and it working fine for me, and I believe it is working with someone else too. I will try to upload a new .zip file anyway. Sorry guys, it is my first upload.

The FILE APPEARS TO BE SAVED IN A WINRAR EXTENSION. UNZIP(UNRAR) IT WITH WINRAR INSTEAD.

I was able to open the file in both winzip and winrar (but this could have been helped by the interoperability between the 2) dmscopio has updated the file again, so hopefully it will work for everyone. if not post. another reminder, lets try to keep the "drama" to a minimum and only make posts that are helpful in resolving the actual issues, or are constructive to this user's upload! Not a big fan of the design, but the craftsmenship is amazing! That isn't just a good first BAT, it's good PERIOD. The nightlights are simple and easy on the eyes, and the glass surface looks great. Alas, I likely won't download it until you upload a ploppable version. I'll keep my rating until then, but I must say this is really an excellent job! :) (I'm just wondering, what are the buildings in the background???)

Screw it, I'll rate it now. I can deal with landmarks! Really, this is a great job :) (the design is just so whacky though, it'd only look good in a city with a hundred other Chinese modern buildings, otherwise it'd look out of place!)

I still rate it 7 /10 for it's fantastic looking though i didn't download it.

The overall design is very good. However, windows nightlights are a bit lacky on the front side, and the glass reflections are (IMHO) not a good idea (I would have prefered no reflections, and from that angle you can't see buildings reflected from far away...). For a first BAT, it's excellent. Keep up with the good work !

Looks like a model done by a professional, even someone on the Maxis team :) It actually reminds me of a Maxis design in the game, maybe on Houston set? I forget what it's called though. This seems like a more futuresque updated version of it. Great lot-looks like you've been practicing in GMAX awhile. I give 10/10 especially for it being your first
