Introduction / Overview
This is a pack of additional medium-wealth lots for the already released HK Estate Pack 1 by bixel (BATs) and HONG KONG (original R$ lots & modding).
HONG KONG did a terrific job on the R$ lots, and I am probably the one who is happiest about the fact that he decided to go among the lot makers and help getting all these beautifuls BATs onto the STEX with lots that are worthy of them.
Since I consider R$$ population to be the most important one in any bigger city, however, I am always keen on seeing more R$$ highrises, and I thought that these HK residential towers would also look good as medium-wealth residential (R$$). That's why I took matters into my hands and made an additional series of lots for these great BATs.
Similar to the original pack, I made several 4x4 lots with one tower sitting on them and also some 7x5 lots with two towers each. The towers exist in two different versions, either in an orthogonal position (parallel to the grid lines) or in a diagonal position (angled 45° against the grid).

DEPENDENCIES:
You will need Bixel's original BATs, or you will see brown boxes. These BATs are found in the Mega Packs on the LEX where you will need to be signed in to download.
You will also need BSC Textures MEGA Pack Vol.01
