wonderful modeling, and how did you get the azulejos to show up?? so impressive. i loved this church in real life and now i can see it in simworld. unfortunately the perspective we get in simcity emphasizes roof over the facades so i also vote for a texture change if you have the patience for it. i look forward to more portuguese BATS!

There are so many very beautiful details on this church, I think you have done a fantastic job with it.

The work you have put into this is truly outstanding. I'm not going to repeat the comments about the roof texture, but I will add that on the odd little building to the side the tiles apper to go in straight lines across the roof. This can be solved very easily by applying a UVW map to each face of the roof, and then rotating the gizmo to align the tiles. BTW: the gates and walls add great extra detail. Keep up the great work!

Ok guys! I've just finished a few changes. Mainly the roofs of both buildings and added a few extras to the small buildings to make them look less like lego like someone said. It's now exporting and should be uploaded by tomorrow morning (GMT) so be patient. Onlyplace4: Thanks. It was hard work but well worth it. I'm really enjoying learning the BAT and have many plans for more great portuguese landmarks.

That's a bazillion times better. Thanks for putting your computer through such a hard render a 2nd time (fan blowing high enough?) Roof textures are the hardest part of BATting -- I've done a lot of them and it's still my weakest area. Super awesome job, miguel
