Another lot that I was asked to upload. It is a parklot, that looks like a small Village canteen. Unlike most of the Nexislots, this lot has some dependencies (mentioned below in details) but if you have most interesting Lots and BATs of the STEX, you'll surely have these props already. Very simple and common props. Again, this is not a BAT that I did, but a simple lot that some of you might find interesting as a Park filler for small towns and villages, maybe even some cities.
Thanks to all those who made the props, especially BSC and PEG. It is rare for me to upload lots with props from someone else, but like I said, I used it in my CJ and it was asked for and I did this to help out those folks. Nothing more.
1x2 sized lot with little cost and no maintenance expenses. Needs a power connection for the lamp to light up, but it can be used also in the middle of nowhere without power nor road connection, but will not have lights then though.
BTW, to those who don't know me, I don't care about the ratings, never did, never will. I stopped uploading lots and BATs awhile ago because of negative (non constructive) comments and now only offer the ones that have been asked for. So, these are meant for the few and not the many. Keep that in mind! More are coming soon.
Simple, effective and useful, nothing more.

Only one file needed, just unzip it to the MyDocuments/Simcity4/Pluginfolder and play. It is found in the Parkmenu.
Please don't tell me that this is not a usual Nexis quality lot, I already know that!
