About This File

This house was built by K. Nave Builders, LLC. in a new speculative development outside of Montaukshire.

Montague Oaks, the new development, is a gated community built around Montague Country Club.

Homes feature hardwood floors, at least 3 fireplaces, large kitchens, and tastefully-done landscaping. 5 bedrooms, a home office, and a wet bar are all standard features of our homes as well.

Lots are 2x3 tiles, R$$$, Stage 1 low-density. There are 2 different lots, with 3 building variations, giving a grand total of 6 different lots.

All houses in the McMansion set house around 12 people, as this is conducive to growing large tracts.  Air, water, and garbage is minimal (no more than 2 or 3 for each).

As these are Residential lots, only growables are included.

Dependencies:

NDEX McMansion Essentials

CPT Trees As Props

Cycledogg Trees and Controllers

Models by DuskTrooper. Modding by Ardecila, lotting by DuskTrooper and Ardecila.

These look so real, DT. It's like an aerial photo from back home in the Midwest suburbs. Thanks for releasing, Equinox. Glad to see you back in action.

Actually EQ didn't release, Ardecila did, while pretending to be EQ. And this is SC4 Meister, logged in as EQ, correcting you about thinking that Ard was EQ when it was really Ardecila logging in under EQ's name. Confused yet? :P Anyway, sorry that these were released without a Readme or list of depndancies or anything, I'm working on it.

Thanks for clarifying, SC4 Meister. I wondered why Eq hadn't said anything to me yet -- we used to be really chummy back in the day. :-) Thanks for the release, whatever your guise.
