condos and hotels on the Atlantic coast of Florida.

garage.
To grow the Shoreline, zone 3x3 dense residential.
The Cobb Firm was charged with building a medium wealth
residential building, but the final design ended up a
little more upscale than planned. It was decided to leave
it R$$, since the middle class sims have worked hard
and deserve a break.
