This is a feature of almost everyone of my cities, I love it! But please please please where is the link to make the road work/appear? Also the car park is missing some cars on the roof as shown in the picture- looks a bit deserted, which dependency is that?

i have 300k commercial jobs in town.

guys, had trouble finding the dependencies, but i narrowed it down: go to https://www.sc4devotion.com/csxlex/Default.htm, and under advanced search select Author "BSC". the dependencies are somewhere in there, although I'm not sure which one.
