Update: The building has been resized, I've reinstated the entrance porches and added some roof junk. G-Max model going up on the STEX (complete with nightwindows) so you can rerender/play with as you like
A 6x6 medium commerical office, this is the ploppable version (in your landmark menu) which stimulates growth in the surrounding area.
No dependencies. No nightlighting rendered, even though it's in the model, due to software issues.
