About This File

By CDI_spy and Glenni

These SkyWalks are covered pedestrian bridges that run across traffic networks from one skyscraper to another.  These permit pedestrians to walk downtown without ever having to go out on the street, so they are usually found in cities with a cold climate and/or heavy traffic.

Stats (different versions have sometimes different stats):
Lot size: 1x2 and 2x2
Plop cost: §100-§200
Bulldoze cost: §100-§200
Traffic network: Road and Avenue
Traffic capacity: 1000 for Roads, 2000 for Avenues
Pollution: none
Flammability: 20
Max. Fire Stage: 3
Power consumption:10 MWh/month
Water consumption: 0 Gallons/month

NO DEPENDENCIES!  Yay!

Hey, I remember coming up with an idea for these a long time ago. Nice to see that they finally turned into a reality.

Great idea! Certainly adds a missing aspect of city construction and simulates building connections.

In real life they may be absolutely killers of street life but there still a part of the urban environment. This is good work and a needed unique contribution.

well it seems streetlife is killing the one with red panels in real life,it is modeled after one in Haugesund,it currently connect one mall in use and one abandoned.so the one here is currently dead.no one has been in there for years
