These 8 Modular Industrial 4x4 Lots can be placed in almost any configuration to create a manufacturing complex of almost any size or shape. Each lot provides an average of 500 I-D jobs. Lots 4 thru 8 are transit enabled for freight trucks only. The props on some of the lots overhang the edges slightly in order to appear as a contiguous construct, but will not intrude into the roadways. Although, the NAM road intersections tend to squeeze them a little, the street intersections work okay.
