Nice for a first try, you should make it a bit smaller and lower, plus its a bit empty, good first try anyway.

cheers everyone, yeah i had some problems with the size of the lot and if u look the road connects to the north of it, i need some help with that, yeah that was just a first go so if i do some more i'll take all that advice into account

great work, but you'll need to do something about the textures. I suggest you download the gmax texture packs from LNX. just search for lnx on the stex, it's on the bottum of the first page. there're some really kick ass textures in that pack.
