About This File
What does every large park need? A maintenance yard for the gardeners to emerge from in the morning and disappear to in the evening. This lot fills that need. It contains lots of little tractors, greenhouses, areas where new flowers and plants are being cultivated (out of the harmful way of Spot and the frisbee he's chasing) and just gardener stuff.
The lot has the same effects as the 3x3 lots in the BSC Parks v2 Base Set. Plus it has a few CS$ and CS$$ jobs. See the lot specs.
It uses some custom overlay textures (contained in pack) that sit over the BSC Park textures. They add a dirtied look to the BSC Park textures. So you will need either the texture file that comes in the BSC Parks v2 - Base Set or one of them in the BSC Parks v2 - Texture Set (see dependencies).

Dependencies
To ensure the proper functionality, make sure the files mentioned below are installed in the plugins folder.
You should have the following two files for all BSC lots:

Essentials : BSC Essentials Files
You will also need the following prop files:
