Riverside College was designed by one of SimNation's greatest architects. The school also being a research center has a very high demand through out the region as its academic skills are very impressive. Riverside College is great place for any sim to study after he graduates high school, you get to learn and enjoy the great structure all at once.

Thank you. This is a very nice building. Just need to have a reasonable funding requirement and range radius to have a fair gameplay.

Nice job!  I wish it has a very large sign on top indicating the name of the college for identification in the city.  Still, great job!  Thank you.
