Updated to fix minor LOD problem (08/04/08).
This BAT is an overhanging prop used to cover the NAM “Rail_Over_Highway” and “Rail_On_Slope” puzzle pieces. The lot is transit enabled and will allow your rail transportation network to function as usual.

Key Lot Information:
1. Lot is located at the bottom of your Parks menu.
2. Size of lot is 1x1 but covers 1x4 tiles in-game.
3. Plop Cost, Monthly Budget Cost, Park Effect, and Landmark Effect are all minimal values.
4. There are special considerations when placing the Lot … so please … read the readme file.

To Install:
Place the model, desc, and lot files in your /My Documents/SimCity 4/Plugins directory.
To Uninstall:
Remove the files from your /My Documents/SimCity 4/Plugins directory.
