looks brilliant... kinda like a small version of Tonkso's victorian park (6x6). I'll be using this in my cities... 10/10

Haha, I love how you used the avenue divider props! That's pretty smart, and I haven't seen it very often. How the heck do some guys (like you) manage to place several overlay textures over each other, though? If I could do that, my lots could be soooo much better. *sniff*

Good work, I like it! I used to build something similar mixing the standard small plaza, the small park and the park trail.

I think pressing D twice lets you stack overlay textures. I agree with Palmgurl, it's very clean and simple, which I like.

This is exactly the sort of lot I've been trying to develop, but not been able to make "realistic" enough. I have two cities desperately need something like this on the edge of the downtown area!

Very nice to have a plaza without so much bare pavement which looks so harsh in my downtowns... Blends in far better than the standard park for that, whilst being resourceful in using existing materials.

man, its good to see someone do something with the existing materials indeed. This will have a place right in the center of my new cities. \o/
